intelligent.coach Service Package Terms & Conditions for Purchase

Version 6.5.18

Deposit:

  • When you follow the “purchase” process for an intelligent.coach Service Package, you will be taken to an online shopping cart where you will pay a Deposit only.
  • Deposit is Refundable within the first 14 days (minus a 3% credit card processing fee) or until the Scope of Work Agreement (see below) is signed by both parties.
  • Your credit card statement will show the charge form Luminary Business Design, LLC (our parent company).

 

Scope of Work Agreement:

  • After your Deposit is received, we will meet in person (over zoom or skype video conferencing) to identify exactly which online course (only 1 course is included in this package) will be developed and implemented on intelligent.coach.
  • In most cases within 2 business days of the meeting, you will receive a simple Scope of Work Agreement that will outline the work to be performed related to the Service Package you purchased.
  • Once the Agreement is signed by you and Chris Whitcoe, Founder of intelligent.coach, work will commence and your Deposit will no longer be refundable.

 

Payment of Balance:

  • Your signed Scope of Work Agreement indicates your commitment to pay the balance of the cost of the Service Package you made the Deposit on as work is completed.
  • Work will be invoiced incrementally (see below) until the Scope of Work Agreement is completed.

 

Invoicing:

  • Bi-monthly
  • Due upon receipt
  • Pay by Check, bank transfer or credit card (+3% processing fee added for credit card)
  • Paid to Luminary Business Design (our parent company)

 

Customized URL:

  • Your intelligent coach app will be hosted on our servers. You will be able to access the app via a new URL (customized subdomain of intelligent.coach) that matches your brand.

    • www.YourCompany.com-empower.me

 

Customized Template Includes:

  • Graphics: Your existing logo, your existing banner (or we can create one for you for a fee)
  • Member Hub: Custom designed colors/images/text
  • Lesson/Module Pages: Custom colors for content boxes

 

Course Creation Formula Document:

  • In order to assist you in creating an engaging, well-formatted online course, you will receive our Course Creation Formula Document included in every intelligent coach Service Package.
  • If you purchased a Service Package that features hours devoted to course creation coaching, we will use this document as the basis for our work.

 

Content Upload:

  • All of your content is owned by you. Intelligent.coach assumes no responsibility or ownership rights of any of your content or coaching methods.
  • Each Service Package is for the development and uploading of 1 online course/class.
  • For the cost of the purchase of the Package, we will upload up to 35 online Lesson / Module pages (for example: 7 Lessons containing up to 5 Learning Modules Each).
  • Additional Learning pages (Lessons or Modules) will be charged $100 each.
  • Providing content to intelligent.coach: Set up a free Dropbox account and use the specified nomenclature (to be provided) for all content files uploaded.
  • Your videos will be embedded in your course platform. But they are hosted elsewhere. Your videos can be hosted on your free YouTube (preferred) or your Vimeo account. (Other video hosting services are accommodated on a case-by-case basis.) Videos can be marked as “unlisted” and only accessed through your online course.

 

Payment Processing For Your Course – 2 Options:

  • 1. Infusionsoft integration – see below
  • 2. Process purchase directly through intelligent.coach: Direct your Prospect to a custom intelligent.coach purchase page. Process payment through your own Stripe (www.stripe.com) account.

 

Basic Infusionsoft Integration (Custom & Premium Packages):

  • Wisdom Business Academy / intelligent.coach is a Certified Infusionsoft Partner and fully qualified and authorized to perform your Infusionsoft integration.
  • We can help you get set up and fully leveraging the power of Infusionsoft for your business when you sign up for our Infusionsoft Quickstart package.
  • For Basic Infusionsoft Integration, you must be a subscriber to Infusionsoft with the eCommerce add on. (Monthly subscription fees apply, paid to Infusionsoft)

  • For existing Infusionsoft customers: We will create one Course Purchase / Delivery Campaign. This Infusionsoft campaign will:
    • 1.) create your course as a Product in Infusionsoft
    • 2.) process payment through your associated payment processing method in your infusionsoft eCommerce add on. We recommend We Pay, infusionsoft’s integrated payment system.
    • 3.) set up a confirmation email to the customer with your desired message and course login instructions
    • 4.) automatically push customer (Learner) credentials to intelligent.coach for immediate Learner access to your course once they have successfully purchased.
  • Tagging Learners according to milestones completed in intelligent.coach course (ie completion of Lessons and Modules). These tags are integrated within your Infusionsoft app.

 

Robust Infusionsoft Integration (Platinum Package):

  • Includes all aspects of Basic Integration (please read above)
  • Build 3 tag-triggered Infusionsoft campaigns of moderate size to upsell or nurture Learner (excluding webinars or 3rd party integration)
    • Use the tags that are integrated between intelligent coach and Infusionsoft to trigger campaigns.
  • Additional campaigns can be build on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee.

 

Mobile App:

  • Provided by our sister company, AZ mobile Apps (owned by Chris Whitcoe)
  • Included in Platinum Package. Can be added on to a Premium Package for an additional fee.
  • Visit our App Page on the website to learn about the features and benefits of having a mobile App.
  • Android Users: Your app is listed on Google Play
  • iOS Users, either:
    • Progressive Web App: via direct web link
    • Apple Store: Your app can be listed on the Apple Store for an additional fee of $199 paid to intelligent.coach. Apple requires that each company must set up its own developer account to host their app (fees apply, paid to Apple).

 

Learner Generated Manifesto:

  • This is a customized summary document of the work the Learner accomplished in your online course.
  • In each Lesson, build Exercise Questions in which your Learner writes their thoughts, goals, intentions, ideas, commitments, etc.
  • You create and provide a Manifesto Template framework with a cover page, custom graphics and text.
  • intelligent.coach will automatically compile the Learner-generated answers from the Exercise Questions into your Manifesto Template.
  • Manifesto ideas include (but are not limited to): a business plan, a life vision treatise, a personalized health plan, a customized training regimen, etc
  • Learners can update their Exercise answers which will automatically update their Manifesto.
  • At the end of the course, your Learners can download a PDF of their unique Manifesto summary document.
  • This is a unique value proposition selling point for your courses. Your Learner will have a tangible take-away product. Completely unique to intelligent.coach.

 

intelligent.coach Monthly Maintenance Fee:

  • $79/month for 500 Users without the Mobile App
  • $109/month for 500 Users with the Mobile App
  • Additional Users in 500 User increments: $19/month

Includes:

  1. Database hosting for all your intelligent coach courses on our secure cloud server
  2. Continuous feature updates to ensure compatibility with different platforms
  3. Back end portal to allow unlimited updates to your courses
  4. Detailed user analysis
